Membership, cancellation and support.

The trial lasts 14 days after email confirmation. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. A paid subscription renews monthly at the rate shown before you pay.

The standard rate is A$24.89/month. The A$19.89/month founding rate is available while places remain and is retained while continuously subscribed.

You can cancel through Manage membership. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Account deletion is separate and removes your saved training data.

For a billing concern or refund request, contact FBY. Cancelling or deleting an account does not automatically refund a payment. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
